**This property has a three night minimum stay requirement.**
**A cleaning fee of $90 will be due at the time of check-in. This is a one time charge for each reservation for both the two bedroom unit and the three bedroom unit.**
**Pets 25 lbs. and under are allowed with a $300 deposit, $100 is refundable less any damages.**
Gorgeous two and three bedroom town homes offer spacious and luxurious accommodations. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a tastefully decorated living room with fireplace, and a balcony or patio from which to experience the beautiful Arizona sunsets. In room amenities include air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, telephone, voicemail, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, coffeemaker, and an alarm clock radio.
**All units are non-smoking units. Smoking is allowed on patio areas only. If cigarette smoke is detected, you will be liable for all charges necessary to remove these odors.**

9070 East Gary Road, Scottsdale, AZ - From Sky Harbor International Airport; exit the airport East and get onto the Loop 202 East. Take the Loop 202 until it transitions into the 101 North. Take 101 North to Shea. Make a right on Shea and a left onto 92nd Street. About ½ mile up, you will see Gary Street, make a left onto Gary Street and you will soon see the entrances to Arroyo Madera.
