**A cleaning fee of $90 will be due at the time of check-in. This is a one time charge for each reservation for both the two bedroom unit and the three bedroom unit.**
Pets under 25 pounds are permitted with a $300 deposit. Deposit is $100 refundable, less any damages.
Featuring a southwest décor, these spacious units offer a fully equipped kitchen for at-home dining with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. All units boast a balcony/patio, cable TV/VCR, telephone with voicemail and your own cozy fireplace. For added enjoyment, lounge by the pool, catch some rays on the sun deck, then barbecue your dinner on the outdoor gas grills.
**All units are non-smoking units. Smoking is allowed on patio areas only. If cigarette smoke is detected, you will be liable for all charges necessary to remove these odors.**

13992 North 96th Street, Phoenix, AZ - From the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport exit the airport on 202 East and take 202 to 101 North. Take 101 until you exit at McDonald. Go left after you exit to Pima Road. Take Pima North until you reach Shea. Turn right on Shea and a quick left on 96th Street North past Thunderbird. After you pass Thunderbird, make a left into the complex.
