**Cleaning fees will be charged by the resort and are $90 for both the two bedroom unit and the three bedroom unit.**
Pets under 25 pounds are permitted with a $300.00 deposit. Deposit is $100.00 refundable, less any damages.

15221 North Clubgate Drive, Scottsdale, AZ - From Sky Harbor International Airport; exit the airport East on the Loop 202 Freeway. Transition onto the 101 Freeway North. Exit at Shea Boulevard and take Shea Boulevard to Scottsdale Road. Take Scottsdale Road North until you reach Greenway. Make a left onto Greenway and a right onto Clubgate Drive. Once on Clubgate Drive, you will make an immediate right into the complex.
